Crying Virgin Mary - Miracle or Faux

I just read this article: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,176804,00.html. Apparently a statue of the Virgin Mary was discovered crying tears of blood in a Vietnamese Catholic Martys Church in Sacramento a few weeks ago. I have always been interested in such occurrances. Some say something bad is going to happen like an earthquake for an example. Well, speaking of an earthquake, one hit China http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,176759,00.html yesterday killing at least 15 people and another hit Iran http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,176803,00.html this morning killing at least 10 people. Coincidence? I have always been a skeptic with miraculous religious discoveries just because most turn out to be hoaxes. But this one has me scratching my head.

For Those That Know Me...

This will be a tough week for me. I have applied for a position at work I have desired for a long time. It is a supervisor position. I have worked for this company for 9 years and think it is my turn to have a piece of the cake. I have worked so very hard and endured some high and some low times in my career. My interview was yesterday so now I sit here and wait. But while I wait, I ask that those that know me say a prayer that I will take the news, good or bad, fairly well. As most of you know, handling rejection well is not one of my best attributes. Hopefully by the end of this week, I will be able to share some good news for a change.
